Bêl-lêcê Dêtîkè (/cèˈkɘno/ /ˈlɘcɘ/ [florist] [bathroom]) is a temperate Town located in the Jajëhifitë Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Bêl-lêcê Dêtîkè is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Bêl-lêcê Dêtîkè was founded by Trèb Tsmtco Êyêpî, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Bêl-lêcê Dêtîkè was founded durring the late 16th century in winter of the year 1474, by Trèb Tsmtco Êyêpî. The establishment of Bêl-lêcê Dêtîkè suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Bêl-lêcê Dêtîkè which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.

Bêl-lêcê Dêtîkè was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Bêl-lêcê Dêtîkè is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Bêl-lêcê Dêtîkè is buildings are arranged arround a single broad canals mainstreet with many smaller streets branching off of it which gives the town a over all rectangular shape, albit one warped and twisted by the nature of the curves of the main road. The town has a defencive wall made from large clay bricks. The wall is constructed to the exact specifications of millitary fortifications, but the nature of its clay brick construction leaves it vulnerable to even outdated siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. The town's brittle defences are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.

Bêl-lêcê Dêtîkè has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Bêl-lêcê Dêtîkè's natural decorations nor waterways.

Bêl-lêcê Dêtîkè's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its striking sculptural forms and often dazzling ornamental detail that characterizes the buildings general shape. The radiant colors, rich patterns, and symmetrical silhouettes employed by this style were backed up by rich decorative features including gardens, courtyards, extruded arches, domes, pointed domes, vaulted ceilings, elaborate painted and inlaid designs, and decorative sculptures.

The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Bêl-lêcê Dêtîkè lost 123 people, 105 livestock, and 30 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 81, when members of Bêl-lêcê Dêtîkè's militia enacted an operation to delay the operations of the enemy. The operation was complicated by freezing cold, such that the troops suffered frostbite. The conflict ended with a last stand against the enemy until a particular event occurred, which ended in a stalemate for Bêl-lêcê Dêtîkè's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Bêl-lêcê Dêtîkè's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
